Time Commitment

Mentor participation in the program is from late September to mid April. The amount of time you commit to the mentoring program is determined by you and your mentees; however, we suggest that you connect with your mentees at least once a month (in person, over e-mail, or through Skype), and at minimum we need mentors to participate in four 2-hour sessions at the university in October, November, January and March (total 8 hours), and spend 15 to 20 minutes completing one telephone and two on-line surveys (total 1 hour).
