Reflection Exercise

Reflection exercises are part the cognitive model of learning. The purpose of reflection is to provide for learning through experience.

Please complete the reflection exercise within three days of an event or activity so that it is still fresh in your memory. We recommend you devote your full attention to the exercise, and spend about 30 minutes preparing thoughtful answers. Practice your professional behaviour skills in these exercises: write carefully and completely as you would in a professional setting, and review your answers and correct spelling and grammatical errors.

You must complete the exercise in one sitting; answers will not be saved if you leave the page for any reason. If you wish, you can prepare answers in Word, and then cut-and-paste into the boxes provided.

You may be surprised by the connections and feelings that are revealed in the process of reflection!
